Grandfather Tobacco is worked with ceremonially as a direct and grounding prayer.
A steady ally for release, clearing stagnation, strengthening boundaries, and invoking protection.

Plant Bath

The ceremony closes with a warm plant bath made with spiritually attuned plants to help the body and nervous system settle, integrate, and feel held by the Earth.

These are often plants of protection, heart opening, boundaries, and spiritual courage-and are selected specifically for each participant.
